Main purpose of the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inbound Process Coordinator to oversee and optimize the inbound receipt processes across our warehousing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient receipt of goods, addressing shipment and packaging issues, and coordinating with various teams to improve overall warehouse efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and monitor inbound receipt processes across all warehouses to ensure timely and accurate stock visibility.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues between DOH/WASS WMS to ensure stocks are visible in DOH (ERP) systems on time.
- Collaborate with Planners, Suppliers, and SKF Factories to resolve shipment and packaging-related issues, enhancing receiving efficiency.
- Liaise with planners, transportation teams, and warehouses to manage and expedite inbound requests.
- Coordinate with the Transport team and Freight Forwarders to update inbound expected receipt dates for better manpower planning.
- Work with third-party service providers, receiving warehouses, Customer Service, and Quality teams to manage RGA processing.
- Contribute to and drive improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inbound processes.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain and Quality teams to review and manage blocked stock.
- Assist in monthly invoice data analysis for internal logistics cost recovery processes.
- Aid the Outbound Process Expert with customer requirement request processing.
Knowledge and experience required
- Bachelor’s/associate degree with 2+ years of experience in warehousing operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
- Good understanding of warehouse inbound processes and systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
